Lulu Chang is COO of the company. She has over 4 years of experience in finance, mortgage solutions and operation. Through her study and practical application, Lulu has developed advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis and has a solid understanding of derivatives and other financial products. Lulu is in charge of company operation management, investment analysis, setting and implementing the company’s business strategy.
Prior to joining company she worked as marketing manager in real estate investments companies. She has advanced skills in urban design and planning, which she applies when reviewing project plans for potential investment.
Dr. Mi is the head of the company’s marketing department, responsible for formulating and implementing company marketing plan and big data analysis. Dr. Mi graduated from the University of Florida and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Columbia University.
He is mainly responsible for the company’s modern data research and development. Combining traditional finance and the new Internet, positioning marketing ideas, grasping market opportunities, formulating marketing strategies and implementation plans, completing the company’s marketing goals, coordinating the internal and external relations of the company, and implementing the company’s marketing strategic plan Supervise and control, responsible for the company’s marketing organization construction and incentive work.
David brings over 18 years of Investment Management and commercial experience to the firm. He is jointly responsible for the management of firm’s investment portfolios, and is responsible for setting and implementing the Firm’s business strategy. As a fluent speaker of Mandarin and Indonesian, David has established strong business links across Asia, covering corporate advisory, capital raising and managing equity and direct asset portfolios for investors. David gained extensive experience with top tier global institutional investment managers.
David managed over $150 million of equities at UBS Global Asset Management, where he worked for 7 years, holding roles focused on research and investment management. David also spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs JBWere Asset Management, working as a Senior Investment Analyst.
Simon has over twenty years of fund management experience as a portfolio manager. He has specialised skills in equities research and macroeconomic analysis. Simon has developed the Multi-Strategy Investment Matrix model, which we apply across all our investment strategies.
Simon’s extensive experience as a portfolio manager was gained initially at Trust Company and Colonial Mutual. While at Colonial, Simon managed global equities portfolios for institutional clients. Simon was also an Investment Manager at JP Whitney, one of Asia’s largest hedge funds, based in Tokyo, managing portfolios of over $7 billion across the Asia Pacific region.
Craig has over 17 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience across Corporate Advisory, Project and Structured Finance, Principal Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuations and has worked on a geographically diverse range of transactions. Over the years, Craig’s experience has included working for ANZ Investment Bank, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank and KPMG Corporate Finance. He was appointed as Chairman of Imunexus in July 2016 and is a Non-Executive Director of Little Stay.
Craig has had involvement in the B20 global Taskforces for Infrastructure and SMEs, and was invited to present as an expert panel list on the financing of major infrastructure projects at the B20 Summit in November 2015 (Turkey).
Conrad has over 15 years investment banking experience advising both local and international companies across a wide variety of sectors. During his career Conrad has worked on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructurings and strategic reviews.
At the age of 28, Conrad worked in partnership with his Principal and Managing Director to structure and execute the management buyout (MBO) of Ferrier Hodgson’s Indonesian office, subsequently launching a subsidiary Family Office Fund which he successfully managed through to exit in 2018 returning a total IRR of 22% to investors. Conrad has since joined First Guardian Capital as Head of Asian Private Equity.
Conrad graduated from his undergraduate program with a Bachelor of Applied Finance in 2004 and subsequently attained his Master of Applied Economics in 2006.
Mandy’s focus is on investment research and analysis, covering project feasibility and financial modelling. She worked with PWC in Assurance Service, providing professional service to a range of clients from construction and property development industries. Mandy has advanced skills in industrial design, which she applies when reviewing project plans for potential investment.
She speaks fluent mandarin and has a Master’s degree in Management Accounting from the University of Melbourne. Mandy is an Affiliate Member of ACCA, a leading global body for professional accountants. Her additional skills include project management and financial reporting.
